PARKING & DELIVERIES
To avoid traffic congestion, we will have designated collection points for Deliveries this year (view map above).
If you are delivering baskets to the North & West of Brisbane, please use the north side parking lot, accessed from Krupp Rd (near Junction Rd).
If you are delivering baskets to South & East of Brisbane, please use the south side parking lot, corner of Krupp Rd & Bent St.
If you are not delivering baskets to recipients, please keep these parking lots clear to allow other volunteers to get in and out quickly. On-street parking is available instead, along with an overflow car park located further down Bent St.
Deliveries to recipients will begin on Sunday after all the packing is complete. The time for this can vary, but our aim is 1pm. Depending on how many deliveries you are making, and where you deliver, this could take 2 hours or more. Please schedule your time accordingly.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring the following items with you on Packing Weekend:
Bottle of water
Wrapped Christmas gifts to donate (new gifts only please, we cannot re-gift second hand items). Please label your gift, detailing the age range and gender it is intended for.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing (sitting on the ground may be required to wrap gifts)
FACILITIES ON THE DAY - PLEASE BRING $$$
We will have a coffee van and BBQ available on Saturday and Sunday (please bring cash). There will also be live music and caroling to help you get into the festive spirit!
We'll have a raffle on Sunday, with some amazing prizes up for grabs, including a brand new kids bike valued at over $400!
Young children can visit "Andie's Corner," where we will have some colouring-in sheets for them to help "decorate" our delivery boxes. Please note that children must be supervised by an adult at all times on Packing Day.
Some seating will be available for those who need it. Toilets will be open on site. Water bubblers also available.
